We include a nightly Amenity Fee of $25 per night, making your stay an exclusive get-a-way set against the backdrop of the Green Mountains and the iconic Kent Pond.

Locker Room- Gear storage and when necessary, boot dryer. We supply the lock for your skis, snowboards, hiking and biking gear.
Kent Pond access – We offer canoes, kayaks, paddleboards and a relaxing seat on the pier.
