The Appalachian trail traverses the property providing stunning hiking opportunities including a scenic trek to the Thundering Brook Falls. Additionally, Killington has 45 miles (72 km) of hiking and mountain biking trails, Killington Mountain Bike Club (KMBC) has trails on the hill on the opposite side of the pond only a few minutes away. an 18-hole golf course as well as some magnificent zip lines and a mountain coaster.
