  • Boneless Breast of chicken stuffed with a Maple-Apple-Cranberry Stuffing
  • Slow-cook pork tenderloin, encrusted with spices and cooked in Apple Cider
  • Vegetarian Option: Gourmet Ravioli from Vermont Fresh Pasta
